Сomposition: 68% viscose, 27% nylon, 5% spandex

Care: Recommended delicate washing at a temperature of up to 30°C. Before washing, it is advisable to turn the product inside out. Use mild detergents without bleach and aggressive components. Long soaking is not recommended.
Use a delicate spin at low speeds – up to 600 rpm. It is not recommended to intensively wring the product by hand.
After washing, carefully straighten the product and give it the correct shape. Machine drying is prohibited. It is preferable to dry the product in a horizontal position on a flat surface, away from direct sunlight and heating devices.
Iron at a low temperature – up to 110°C, preferably on the wrong side or through a thin iron. Do not press the iron to the product. If necessary, delicate steaming is allowed without prolonged exposure to high temperature.
Store the product in a dry and well-ventilated room. To preserve the shape, it is recommended to store the product folded.
Avoid contact of the fabric with rough surfaces and sharp accessories, which may cause snagging or damage to the knitted fabric. To preserve the shape, elasticity and appearance of the product, it is recommended to avoid hot water, high temperatures and mechanical stress.

Within 14 days of purchase, you can exchange or return unsuitable products. In order to carry out the exchange and return procedures, the goods must be kept as delivered to the recipient with the manufacturer’s tags and labels.

In case of return or exchange of the goods, the cost of delivery shall be paid by the customer. If the customer returns the goods because of a defect or brand mistake – we fully cover the cost of the delivery service. 

The product is not eligible for exchange and return if it was received as a gift during promotions and giveaways.

We deliver all over Ukraine using Nova Poshta service. Orders are sent within 1-4 days if the goods are in stock. If there is no product in stock, our manager will inform you about the time of manufacture and delivery. You will be able to receive the order in the nearest departments and automated parcel terminals of Nova Poshta or using the courier service at your convenient address. The customer pays for the delivery based on the operator’s rates.

We deliver orders worldwide (except russia and belarus). Delivery is carried out by courier through the logistics company Nova Poshta. Estimated delivery time: Europe – from 3 business days, Other countries – from 7 business days from the moment the order is sent.

Upon receiving an international order in the destination country, customs duties and taxes will be charged. Payment of customs duties, taxes, and other fees related to the import of the order is the responsibility of the recipient. The amount of such charges is determined by the customs authorities of the destination country in accordance with its local legislation and depends, among other factors, on the value and category of the goods. On average, additional customs charges may amount to approximately 20% of the order value; however, the actual amount may vary depending on the destination country.
