Composition : 45% merino extrafine, 25% viscose ecovero, 25% recycled polyamide, 5% cashmere

Care: Delicate or wool wash is recommended. Hand wash is allowed.
Water temperature – no higher than 30 °C. Wash the product inside out. Use liquid detergent for wool and cashmere.
Do not use powders, enzyme detergents or bleaches.
Wash separately from hard fabrics and accessories.
Machine spin at low speeds – up to 400 rpm is allowed. Hand spin is not recommended.
Dry the product naturally only in a horizontal position, on a flat surface. Before drying, give the product the correct shape, avoiding stretching. Use a towel to absorb moisture.
It is recommended to iron the product in the wool mode at temperatures up to 110 °C with light steam. Iron only from the wrong side, without pressing the iron to the product.
Store the product folded.
Avoid contact with fittings and friction with hard materials.
Natural peeling is allowed, which is carefully removed with specially designed accessories.

Within 14 days of purchase, you can exchange or return unsuitable products. In order to carry out the exchange and return procedures, the goods must be kept as delivered to the recipient with the manufacturer’s tags and labels.

In case of return or exchange of the goods, the cost of delivery shall be paid by the customer. If the customer returns the goods because of a defect or brand mistake – we fully cover the cost of the delivery service. 

The product is not eligible for exchange and return if it was received as a gift during promotions and giveaways.

We deliver all over Ukraine using Nova Poshta service. Orders are sent within 1-4 days if the goods are in stock. If there is no product in stock, our manager will inform you about the time of manufacture and delivery.

You will be able to receive the order in the nearest departments and automated parcel terminals of Nova Poshta or using the courier service at your convenient address. The customer pays for the delivery based on the operator’s rates.
