Care: Recommended delicate washing at a temperature of up to 30°C. It is advisable to wash the product in a protective bag, turning it inside out. Use mild detergents without bleach and aggressive components. Long soaking is not recommended.
Intensive wringing of the product by hand is not recommended. Use a delicate spin at low speeds up to 600 rpm. After washing, carefully straighten the product and give it the correct shape, avoiding stretching the fabric.
Machine drying is prohibited. It is recommended to dry the product naturally in a straightened or horizontal position, away from direct sunlight and heating devices. Do not hang a heavy wet product on thin hangers, as this may lead to deformation and stretching of the fabric.
Iron at a low temperature – up to 110°C. It is advisable to iron from the wrong side or through a thin iron. It is not recommended to press the iron hard against the fabric or stretch the product while ironing. If necessary, you can use delicate steaming.
Professional dry cleaning is not recommended.
Store the product in a dry and well-ventilated area. For products made of viscose, it is advisable to use or store the product folded. Avoid prolonged contact with rough surfaces and sharp accessories that can damage the fabric.
Important: viscose is a fiber that is sensitive to mechanical stress when wet.
Return and exchange
Within 14 days of purchase, you can exchange or return unsuitable products. In order to carry out the exchange and return procedures, the goods must be kept as delivered to the recipient with the manufacturer’s tags and labels.
In case of return or exchange of the goods, the cost of delivery shall be paid by the customer. If the customer returns the goods because of a defect or brand mistake – we fully cover the cost of the delivery service.
The product is not eligible for exchange and return if it was received as a gift during promotions and giveaways.

Payment and delivery
You can pay for your order in one of the available ways: LiqPay instant payment service, cashless settlement according to account details for payment or Wayforpay, and cash on delivery upon receipt of the order by prepayment.
We deliver all over Ukraine using Nova Poshta service. Orders are sent within 1-4 days if the goods are in stock. If there is no product in stock, our manager will inform you about the time of manufacture and delivery.
You will be able to receive the order in the nearest departments and automated parcel terminals of Nova Poshta or using the courier service at your convenient address. The customer pays for the delivery based on the operator’s rates.
