Composition and care
Сomposition: 52% polyester, 45% wool, 5% elastane
Care: Professional dry cleaning is recommended. Washing in water is not recommended, as it may cause deformation of the product.
Do not use bleaches and products containing chlorine or other aggressive components.
Do not tumble dry. After professional cleaning, it is recommended to dry the product naturally, away from direct sunlight and heating devices.
Iron at a low temperature, preferably on the wrong side or through a thin iron. Do not press the iron excessively and do not stretch the fabric when ironing. To refresh and restore the shape of the product, you can use delicate steaming, avoiding prolonged exposure to high temperatures.
Store the product in a dry and well-ventilated room. It is recommended to store the products in a protective cover, on hangers of an appropriate size that support the shape of the shoulders.
Avoid contact of the fabric with rough surfaces and sharp accessories that may cause snagging or damage to the fabric.
Important: Due to the high wool content and the presence of elastane, the product requires delicate care. Before professional cleaning, be sure to inform the specialist about the composition of the product and follow the care symbols indicated on the label.
Return and exchange
Within 14 days of purchase, you can exchange or return unsuitable products. In order to carry out the exchange and return procedures, the goods must be kept as delivered to the recipient with the manufacturer’s tags and labels.
In case of return or exchange of the goods, the cost of delivery shall be paid by the customer. If the customer returns the goods because of a defect or brand mistake – we fully cover the cost of the delivery service.
The product is not eligible for exchange and return if it was received as a gift during promotions and giveaways.

Payment and delivery
You can pay for your order in one of the available ways: LiqPay instant payment service, cashless settlement according to account details for payment or Wayforpay, and cash on delivery upon receipt of the order by prepayment.
We deliver all over Ukraine using Nova Poshta service. Orders are sent within 1-4 days if the goods are in stock. If there is no product in stock, our manager will inform you about the time of manufacture and delivery.
You will be able to receive the order in the nearest departments and automated parcel terminals of Nova Poshta or using the courier service at your convenient address. The customer pays for the delivery based on the operator’s rates.
