Composition and care
Composition: 50% merino extrafine wool, 50% acrylic
Care: Before washing, the feathers must be unfastened.
Care of removable feathers:
Feathers cannot be washed, soaked or dry cleaned.
Avoid direct contact with water and rubbing bright or dark feathers against light fabrics, skin or accessories, especially in conditions of high humidity. Natural feathers are dyed with special pigments that do not have a synthetic fixing film (to maintain the weightlessness of the pile). Therefore, when in contact with any moisture (rain, steam, sweat, wet hands), migration of the dye is possible. This feature is natural for dyed natural feathers, does not affect its quality and is not a sign of a defect.
Perfume, hairspray and other cosmetics should be applied before you put on the product. Chemical compounds can change the color or damage the structure of the feathers.
If the feathers are wrinkled, direct the air flow from the hair dryer at the minimum power on the cold setting. This will safely straighten the creases and add volume.
It is not recommended to use a steamer. Excessive moisture can cause the fluff to stick together and shed.
Store the feathers in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight. It is recommended to keep it straightened (horizontally) or freely raised separately from the product (preferably in a cover).
Product care:
Machine wash at a temperature of up to 40°C on a delicate cycle, with a minimum spin speed or wash without spinning. It is recommended to use liquid detergents for delicate fabrics that do not contain bleach (chlorine). To preserve the shape and color, it is recommended to wash the product inside out in a special laundry bag. Professional dry cleaning is allowed using reagents that correspond to the “P” symbol.
Do not use a tumble dryer, dry naturally.
Iron at medium temperature (up to 150°C). Iron through the fabric or turn the product inside out to avoid damage to the front side.
Return and exchange
Within 14 days of purchase, you can exchange or return unsuitable products. In order to carry out the exchange and return procedures, the goods must be kept as delivered to the recipient with the manufacturer’s tags and labels.
In case of return or exchange of the goods, the cost of delivery shall be paid by the customer. If the customer returns the goods because of a defect or brand mistake – we fully cover the cost of the delivery service.
The product is not eligible for exchange and return if it was received as a gift during promotions and giveaways.

Payment and delivery
You can pay for your order in one of the available ways: LiqPay instant payment service, cashless settlement according to account details for payment or Wayforpay, and cash on delivery upon receipt of the order by prepayment.
We deliver all over Ukraine using Nova Poshta service. Orders are sent within 1-4 days if the goods are in stock. If there is no product in stock, our manager will inform you about the time of manufacture and delivery.
You will be able to receive the order in the nearest departments and automated parcel terminals of Nova Poshta or using the courier service at your convenient address. The customer pays for the delivery based on the operator’s rates.
