Composition and care
Composition: 50% lamb wool, 25% viscose, 25% polyamide
Care: Hand wash in cool water (up to 40°C). Use liquid detergents for delicate fabrics that do not contain bleach (chlorine). To preserve the shape and color, it is advisable to wash the product separately from other items. Do not bleach. Avoid using any bleaches, especially those containing chlorine. Do not tumble dry. It is recommended to dry the product naturally on a horizontal surface to avoid losing its shape. Use an average iron temperature (up to 150°C) to preserve the structure of the fabric. Dry cleaning is allowed using certain reagents.
Return and exchange
Within 14 days of purchase, you can exchange or return unsuitable products. In order to carry out the exchange and return procedures, the goods must be kept as delivered to the recipient with the manufacturer’s tags and labels.
In case of return or exchange of the goods, the cost of delivery shall be paid by the customer. If the customer returns the goods because of a defect or brand mistake – we fully cover the cost of the delivery service.
The product is not eligible for exchange and return if it was received as a gift during promotions and giveaways.

Payment and delivery
You can pay for your order in one of the available ways: LiqPay instant payment service, cashless settlement according to account details for payment or Wayforpay, and cash on delivery upon receipt of the order by prepayment.
We deliver all over Ukraine using Nova Poshta service. Orders are sent within 1-4 days if the goods are in stock. If there is no product in stock, our manager will inform you about the time of manufacture and delivery.
You will be able to receive the order in the nearest departments and automated parcel terminals of Nova Poshta or using the courier service at your convenient address. The customer pays for the delivery based on the operator’s rates.
