A gift card is a universal present that you can satisfy your loved ones and give them the chance to fulfil their wishes by choosing just what they need.
Conditions of use
After confirming the payment for the certificate, we will send it to the specified email address or to a messenger convenient for you. In order for the receiver to whom the gift certificate is assigned to immediately receive it, indicate the corresponding phone number or email in the comments to the order.
The gift card contains a personal code that should be saved, because it is used for purchases in the O.TAJE online store. Please note the basic conditions of use:
- The card allows the customer to purchase goods for the specified amount.
- If the amount of the order is more than the nominal value of the card, the receiver pays the difference.
- If the order amount is less than the nominal value of the card, the difference is not compensated.
- Items purchased with a gift card are non-refundable, but can be exchanged.
- The gift card is non-refundable.
- The cost of delivery of the order is paid by the receiver.
- The gift card is presented only in electronic format.
- The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
- The gift card can only be used once.

Composition and care

Care: Hand wash or in a washing machine at the temperature not exceeding 30℃ on a delicate or wool mode, setting the spin cycle to 800 rpm.
To keep the shape and color, it is advisable to wash items in special bags or separately from other clothes without the addition of bleaching agents (chlorine).
Dry naturally on a horizontal surface to avoid loss of shape. Iron from the reverse side and only in a horizontal position, at a temperature not exceeding 110℃.
To prevent deformation, we recommend not hanging clothes, but storing them folded.
Please note that the appearance of pellets on clothes made from natural materials is the norm. To prevent this process, avoid rubbing knitwear against bags, zippers and outerwear tags.
Return and exchange
Within 14 days of purchase, you can exchange or return unsuitable products. In order to carry out the exchange and return procedures, the goods must be kept as delivered to the recipient with the manufacturer’s tags and labels.
In case of return or exchange of the goods, the cost of delivery shall be paid by the customer. If the customer returns the goods because of a defect or brand mistake – we fully cover the cost of the delivery service.
The product is not eligible for exchange and return if it was received as a gift during promotions and giveaways.

Payment and delivery
You can pay for your order in one of the available ways: LiqPay instant payment service, cashless settlement according to account details for payment or Wayforpay, and cash on delivery upon receipt of the order by prepayment.
We deliver all over Ukraine using Nova Poshta service. Orders are sent within 1-4 days if the goods are in stock. If there is no product in stock, our manager will inform you about the time of manufacture and delivery.
You will be able to receive the order in the nearest departments and automated parcel terminals of Nova Poshta or using the courier service at your convenient address. The customer pays for the delivery based on the operator’s rates. The service of free delivery to the post office or automated parcel terminal in Ukraine is valid for orders with a price of more than 5000 UAH on the condition of full payment.
International orders are sent with the assistance of the Ukrposhta logistics department at a single fixed price – 800 UAH.
