Cashmere dickey

Composition: 70% wool, 30% cashmere

Care: Hand wash or machine wash on the “wool/delicate wash” setting at a temperature of up to 30°C.
Use liquid detergents for wool and cashmere, without enzymes or bleaches.
Avoid sudden temperature changes – this can cause shrinkage.
Spinning – minimum revolutions (400 and less) or no spinning.
Do not rub or wring: cashmere and merino are prone to deformation when wet.
Remove excess water by blotting with a towel.
Dry naturally, horizontally and straightened to prevent stretching of the product.
Do not tumble dry.
Best – steaming from the wrong side without direct contact of the iron with the fabric.
Ironing temperature – low or medium (wool mode).
Store the product folded, not on hangers.

Within 14 days of purchase, you can exchange or return unsuitable products. In order to carry out the exchange and return procedures, the goods must be kept as delivered to the recipient with the manufacturer’s tags and labels.

In case of return or exchange of the goods, the cost of delivery shall be paid by the customer. If the customer returns the goods because of a defect or brand mistake – we fully cover the cost of the delivery service. 

The product is not eligible for exchange and return if it was received as a gift during promotions and giveaways.

We deliver all over Ukraine using Nova Poshta service. Orders are sent within 1-4 days if the goods are in stock. If there is no product in stock, our manager will inform you about the time of manufacture and delivery.

You will be able to receive the order in the nearest departments and automated parcel terminals of Nova Poshta or using the courier service at your convenient address. The customer pays for the delivery based on the operator’s rates.
