Care: JACKET (double-breasted)
The recommended care method is dry cleaning (dry cleaning) to preserve the shape, rigidity of the sides and lapels, as well as the stability of the adhesive materials. Water washing is undesirable; if necessary, only delicate washing is allowed at a temperature of up to 30°C without intensive mechanical action. Use mild liquid detergents, do not use chlorine bleaches.
Spinning – minimal or no spinning. Do not wring. After getting wet, the jacket should be straightened immediately, forming the lines of the sides, lapels and shoulder areas.
Dry on hangers of a suitable shape, in a well-ventilated room. Avoid heating appliances and direct sunlight. Machine drying is prohibited.
Iron at a temperature of up to 110–120°C using steam and a pre-iron. Iron from the inside out or through the fabric. Pay special attention to lapels and hems. Avoid overheating and the appearance of shine.
Store the jacket on the hangers, buttoned up, in a garment bag. Avoid deformation of the shoulder area and prolonged storage in a humid environment. During operation, avoid excessive friction and contact with rough surfaces. Minor peeling may occur in places of friction. To maintain a neat appearance, periodic steaming between cleanings is recommended.
TROUSERS
The recommended care method is dry cleaning (dry cleaning). Delicate washing is allowed at a temperature of up to 30°C. Wash the product inside out, without overloading the drum, using mild liquid detergents. Do not use bleaches with chlorine.
Permissible spin speed is up to 400–600 rpm. Do not wring by hand. After washing, the trousers must be straightened immediately and the arrows formed.
Dry by hanging by the waist or on a hanger with clips. Avoid drying on heating devices and in direct sunlight. Machine drying is prohibited.
Iron at a temperature of up to 110–120°C with steam, through a steam iron. Iron from the inside out or through the fabric, carefully restoring the arrows. Avoid overheating.
Store the trousers on hangers with arrows or with clips. Avoid creases and prolonged exposure to damp environments. During use, avoid excessive friction and contact with rough surfaces. Minor peeling may occur in places of friction. To maintain a neat appearance, periodic steaming between cleanings is recommended.
Return and exchange
Within 14 days of purchase, you can exchange or return unsuitable products. In order to carry out the exchange and return procedures, the goods must be kept as delivered to the recipient with the manufacturer’s tags and labels.
In case of return or exchange of the goods, the cost of delivery shall be paid by the customer. If the customer returns the goods because of a defect or brand mistake – we fully cover the cost of the delivery service.
The product is not eligible for exchange and return if it was received as a gift during promotions and giveaways.
