The O.taje brand (previously Siyai) was created in 2014. At that time we became a part of the rapidly growing industry of design and production of Ukrainian clothing. The idea of creating a brand was born from the inner need of the founders for a stylish, feminine and comfortable outfit. We realized the importance of combining practicality with sophistication and originality in our models. Thus, we began to create a universal base that brings a sense of confidence and comfort.
Complementing the models with unusual cuts and decorative elements, we have created eye-catching clothes that cannot leave you untouched. Bright accents and deep rich colors are the basis of otaje’s DNA, which combines all the elements of clothing together.
In our search and attempts to combine femininity with comfort, we came to the conclusion that the best material for this is knitwear. It became the basis of our collections, capsules and base. And also inspired a new name for our brand – O.TAJE.
Previously, members of the o taje community, inspired and united by one idea, knew and loved our collections as “siyay clothes”. This name was created of two names of the founders of the brand – Anastasia and Yana. However, in the new realities, it became obvious that the clothes of a Ukrainian manufacturer cannot bear a name consonant with the Russian “siyay brand”.
The name change did not affect our main idea in any way. Years of experience have given us the confidence that you make clothes shine, not vice versa.
ABOUT O.TAJE CLOTHING
Our team follows the development of Ukrainian clothing brands. We respect and we are proud of all designers who embody subtle meanings and forms in outfits that emphasize our identity. To stand out among the manufacturers, the clothes of Ukrainian designers should have their own highlight, which will make customers fall in love. Our highlight is emotional knitwear. We believe that when you choose clothes you can choose and create a mood for yourself and others. In the collections of O.TAJE, you can find both low-key basic items and original, bold and even daring trendy outfits.
We have developed a wide range of yarn shades that can be successfully combined with each other. Our models are always presented in several ranges: classic basic, warm ripe, cold fresh and, of course, saturated trendy colors.
We regularly update themed capsules, create seasonal collections and develop new styles. The unified DNA of the brand allows you to combine all the presented clothes, mix different models and create individual and unique outfits.

Otaje’s future plans are growth and development, in particular the creation of shoes and accessories, and the use of various types of materials. We strive to produce quality clothing that will be recognizable in Europe and beyond.
ABOUT PRODUCTION
The O.TAJE brand owns its production, which is located in the territory of Ukraine. This is a conscious choice and position broadcast by our team. We strive to support the economy of our own state and are proud that our clothes are born in our native land.
If you want to look behind the scenes of production – we are ready to share. It all starts with an idea and design. At this stage, our staff create a sketch of the model. Yarn is needed to materialize the plan. We choose raw materials with natural ingredients and additionally process them with special wax for strength and durability. Next, the programmers take matters into their own hands. They transfer the sketches into machines, and the knitters monitor all the processes so that the finished fabrics meet the original intent. For some models or elements, we use hand knitting. At the final stage, all products are washed and steamed, so that customers receive clothes that they can immediately wear and enjoy, striking others with a new outfit.
Ukrainian knitwear from the manufacturer o taje is created by the loving hands of inspired people who strive to convey warmth and comfort to those who will wear it.

- cash on delivery upon receipt.
We send orders by cash on delivery by prepayment to cover the costs of transportation in case of recipient refuse in the post office. Please note that Nova Poshta charges a fee of 2% of the transfer amount + 20 UAH for the payment on delivery service.
Delivery of orders in Ukraine
We deliver all over Ukraine using Nova Poshta service. Orders are sent within 1-4 days if the goods are in stock. If there is no product in stock, our manager will inform you about the time of manufacture and delivery.
Please note that the transport service does not deliver the order to the war zone and occupied territories.
You will be able to receive the order in the nearest departments and automated parcel terminals of Nova Poshta or using the courier service at your convenient address. The customer pays for the delivery based on the operator’s rates.
Price for delivery in Ukraine
The cost of delivery in Ukraine is according to the tariffs of Nova Poshta.
The service of free delivery to the post office or automated parcel terminal in Ukraine is valid for orders with a price of more than 5000 UAH on the condition of full payment.
Please note that the delivery of your order starts from the moment of its ordering and sending by the seller. In case of cancellation of the order after dispatch, postage costs are not reimbursed.
Delivery of international orders
We deliver orders all over the world (with the exception of russia and belarus). The sending of orders is carried out with the assistance of the Ukrposhta logistics department at a single fixed price – 800 UAH. The estimated delivery time is 10-20 days from the moment of order sending. Please note that we are not responsible for customs delays.
When arriving in the destination country, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes from the destination country. The recipient is responsible for the extra cost of customs clearance. In turn, we do not control these expenses and cannot provide the amount and procedure of customs payments.
Delivery time
The term of delivery in Ukraine by the transportation service «Nova Poshta» is:
- delivery to major cities: 1-2 days;
- 2-4 days in offices in cities and towns, far from the central roads.
The estimated delivery time of international orders is 10-20 days from the moment of order sending.
Please note that during the sales period, the delivery time may be increased to 5-10 working days after order confirmation.

Receipt of the order
To receive an order, you need proof of identity. Your documentation details and recipient information need to match. When receiving goods at the post office or courier delivery, verify if there are any defects, dirt or industrial defects. Check clothes for snags, stains and rips, as the presence of decorative elements and finishes.
If you find a defect when inspecting the goods, you can immediately refuse it and fill out an application form indicating the defects. If defects are found after receipt, the return of the goods may be refused.
Conditions of return of goods
Within 14 days of purchase, you can exchange or return unsuitable products. In order to carry out exchange and return procedures it is necessary to follow certain conditions:
- purchase made on the online store Otaje.com;
- less than two weeks (14 days) passed since the purchase of the goods;
- the proof of payment for goods and delivery;
- the presence of a completed form for a return or exchange;
- the product was not used and kept as delivered to the recipient.
The customer can return the goods only in proper condition, which is possible under the following conditions:
- the goods are free from stains and defects resulting from their use or improper storage by the buyer;
- there is no perfume smell on the product;
- product tags and labels were retained;
- the original packaging is kept if the customer received the goods in the package.
The order of return
To return the goods you need:
- ensure that the goods are returnable in accordance with the conditions described;
- place the goods in its original packaging;
- if you return multi-part order, place all the goods in the package;
- in case of return of promotional goods with gifts, pack the complete received set.
To perform the return and exchange procedures, it is necessary to fill and provide the appropriate form with the goods. In case of a return of goods with a defect, you need to indicate the inadequacy found in the form. In case of non-detection or loss of blank, you can contact the manager and get a new copy.
In case of return or exchange of the goods, the cost of delivery shall be paid by the customer.
The return of the goods is carried out by the same postal service that was sent.
When making a delivery at the post office, pay attention to the estimated cost of the goods. The client must provide the total amount of the goods according to the cheque. The postal service is obliged to return only the estimated value of the parcel in case of its loss or damage.
If the goods are shipped using the cash on delivery service, they will be returned to the sender without refunding the cost of the goods and postal services.
