Instructions for use: Remove the candle from the cover before lighting. Keep the lit candle away from children and animals, as well as curtains and other foreign objects. Use the candle on a flat, heat-resistant surface in a draft-free room, and never leave it unattended. We recommend not to use the candle for more than 4 hours at a time. The candle emits an aroma for about an hour, then it is better to give it a “rest”. Wait until the candle burns up to the walls of the container, then extinguish it so that the wax hardens evenly. Regularly trim the wick to the level of 0.5 cm for optimal burning. Store the candle in a dry, cool place, avoiding direct sunlight and other heat sources.

Please note that under the influence of temperature changes (storage in rooms with different temperature conditions, transportation during delivery), cracks may form on the candle around the wick. To restore the smoothness of the candle surface, it is enough to leave it for several hours at room temperature.

Within 14 days of purchase, you can exchange or return unsuitable products. In order to carry out the exchange and return procedures, the goods must be kept as delivered to the recipient with the manufacturer’s tags and labels.

In case of return or exchange of the goods, the cost of delivery shall be paid by the customer. If the customer returns the goods because of a defect or brand mistake – we fully cover the cost of the delivery service. 

The product is not eligible for exchange and return if it was received as a gift during promotions and giveaways.

We deliver all over Ukraine using Nova Poshta service. Orders are sent within 1-4 days if the goods are in stock. If there is no product in stock, our manager will inform you about the time of manufacture and delivery.

You will be able to receive the order in the nearest departments and automated parcel terminals of Nova Poshta or using the courier service at your convenient address. The customer pays for the delivery based on the operator’s rates. The service of free delivery to the post office or automated parcel terminal in Ukraine is valid for orders with a price of more than 5000 UAH on the condition of full payment. 

International orders are sent with the assistance of the Ukrposhta logistics department at a single fixed price – 800 UAH.
