Composition: 80% viscose, 10% polyester, 10% polyamide

Care: Hand or delicate machine wash at a temperature of up to 30°C. Use mild detergents without aggressive enzymes. Avoid intense friction – viscose loses its strength when wet. Use a protective bag for knitwear, do not overload the drum.
Choose minimum spin speed or no spin. It is better to squeeze the product slightly by hand through a towel, do not wring it out – the product may deform.
Dry flat on a horizontal surface, pre-straighten the product. Do not hang – the product may stretch due to the weight.
It is advisable to iron from the inside out at a medium temperature (up to 150°C) with steam or through a steam iron. Avoid direct contact of the iron with the front side so as not to spoil the shine.
Store folded. Do not hang on a hanger to avoid stretching under its own weight.
A slight pilling (pilling) may occur in areas of friction – this is a natural property of blended knitwear. It is recommended to avoid contact with rough surfaces and accessories that may cause snagging. If necessary, pilling should be carefully removed with special devices.

Within 14 days of purchase, you can exchange or return unsuitable products. In order to carry out the exchange and return procedures, the goods must be kept as delivered to the recipient with the manufacturer’s tags and labels.

In case of return or exchange of the goods, the cost of delivery shall be paid by the customer. If the customer returns the goods because of a defect or brand mistake – we fully cover the cost of the delivery service. 

The product is not eligible for exchange and return if it was received as a gift during promotions and giveaways.

We deliver all over Ukraine using Nova Poshta service. Orders are sent within 1-4 days if the goods are in stock. If there is no product in stock, our manager will inform you about the time of manufacture and delivery. You will be able to receive the order in the nearest departments and automated parcel terminals of Nova Poshta or using the courier service at your convenient address. The customer pays for the delivery based on the operator’s rates.

We deliver orders worldwide (except russia and belarus). Delivery is carried out by courier through the logistics company Nova Poshta. Estimated delivery time: Europe – from 3 business days, Other countries – from 7 business days from the moment the order is sent.

Upon receiving an international order in the destination country, customs duties and taxes will be charged. Payment of customs duties, taxes, and other fees related to the import of the order is the responsibility of the recipient. The amount of such charges is determined by the customs authorities of the destination country in accordance with its local legislation and depends, among other factors, on the value and category of the goods. On average, additional customs charges may amount to approximately 20% of the order value; however, the actual amount may vary depending on the destination country.
